Invoicing

There are three types of bookings.

No visit: For when you just want plans remade to code and can just upload on our booking page. (PDF files preferred)

Scheduled Visit: we meet on site at a scheduled time and this is an additional $100.

Lockbox: We come out on our own on a pre-specified day but whenever it fits our schedule best.

We usually book out 1 week in advance so we encourage clients to think ahead.

For Lockbox appointments, we will be on site between 6am-6pm on the selected day. For meeting on site, we join you there at the selected time. In either case, we are on site for 30-90 minutes depending on the size & scope. We observe structural concerns, take photos & measurements.

Following the site visit or document upload, we will send out the invoice within 1 business day. They will be detailed and follow our transparent pricing structure. We won't get started until this is paid in full to ensure we are all on the same page.

Plans are ready in 10 business days from the time the invoice is paid. Plans will be delivered via email to the email address used to book the appointment. If you would like the plans to be printed professionally for pick-up, we can help arrange that for a fee.

Need changes? Revisions per the city requirements? Or just personal preference? We have an edit request form for that. There is no charge if the scope is the same. Client preferred edits are free for the first 2 changes. Expect a 2-4 day turnaround on these but we will surely work to complete these sooner. If you need it in 24 hours, you can choose to expedite for a fee.
